Black White presents contemporary Cuban Poet, Mirtha Maria Lopez, who will bring added shine to the exhibition with her collection of poetry from her publication, "Grises en el alma."
Opening Reception and meet and greet the artists on August 5th at 7 p.m.
Black/White marks the opening of a number of notable exhibitions which will explore themes such are memory, history, cultural symbolism and enmeshing ideas.
Deftly disengaging color as language, this exhibition brings together the work of 50 plus artists whose work often deals with the shifting experience of the diaspora and the American identity, loaded questions concerning race and language.
